a 25g bag of Mini M/wave Lite Buttered Popcorn Image Image Image naughty I know..or was it??

It says on the packet that it's 2.8g of fat for the 25g bag...425kj's or 102 Cal's...is it bad to eat Popcorn Image or not??

I kept looking at the packet and reading all the Cal's in it thinking that that's just that little bit harder that I have to work Image it off now Image

I felt guilty the whole time I sat there nibbling away.. :? Image

nah i think thats good. how many cals have you eaten today already? popcorn isnt a bad snack- better for air popped popcorn without salt or butter but thats a good snack i think

Popcorn is a perfectly healthy snack!! Just be careful what you put on it!! However that little bag is around the equivalent of one piece of bread, so it is certainly not going to harm your weight loss efforts!! It is actually quite a sensible snack to have had!! :wink:

Okay...my total consumption for today is..

AFTER EATING TEA...

FAT: 21.9g/40g allowed

KJ's: 5328kj's/8700 kj's allowed

CAL's:1270cal's/2070 cal's allowed

So I guess I'm well within my right to have eaten my popcorn then :P :wink:
