yeah, fruit is always good. I try and stay away from lollies of any type though 1) not a big fan 2) full of simple carbohydrates (sugar) that send you into an insulin spike 3) when i get started, I can't stop
But if I'm still craving chocolate, (cohaholic me) I have a bit of the 85% cocoa chocolate. All the goodness of the cocoa with far less of the badness of fats and sugar than your regular cadburys. And because it's so rich you can't munch through the packet in 2 minutes - I can only have 1 piece.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
