Postby Butterfly_Dawn » Wed Dec 07, 2005 8:14 pm

Been craving something sweet all day - biscuits, cake, chocolate..... :(
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

When this happens to me I grab a chupa chups lolly pop.
They last a long time and have hardly any cals and of course zero fat.
Just stay away from chocolates, they are too easy to swallow and are jam packed with evil  evil  calories.

Grapes are good, the hand to mouth motion is very soothing! What about a low fat hot chocolate drink?
I'm not someone who can have just a small amount of something. I can't even suck Chupa Chups, I bite them every time.

yeah, fruit is always good. I try and stay away from lollies of any type though 1) not a big fan 2) full of simple carbohydrates (sugar) that send you into an insulin spike 3) when i get started, I can't stop

But if I'm still craving chocolate, (cohaholic me) I have a bit of the 85% cocoa chocolate. All the goodness of the cocoa with far less of the badness of fats and sugar than your regular cadburys. And because it's so rich you can't munch through the packet in 2 minutes - I can only have 1 piece.
