Oh no. I was doing so well taking vegetable soup to work. Then there was a bbq at work. One of the guys was so nice bringing a plate into my office so I wouldn't miss out. And I didn't. :( Weak, pathetic ... and all for a few soggy sausages.

Oh sweetness, we've all done this, its hard to say no, sometimes saying no can even make you feel guilty if someone went out of their way to bring you something!

Pick it up tomorrow, try and do a bit of extra exercise tomorrow if you can. Dont tear yourself up over it, but do learn from it!

Dont let it stop you!!! :D

these things happen - but less frequently the longer we go on i think. i had a bbq at work on thurs. i avoided the sausages but pretty much ate everything else!

hey marcia you just need to make great choices for the rest of the week and you will be fine. these things come up in life we just need to know that if we do eat it then we need to be good for the rest of the week :)
