Thought I'd include it here for safety's sake

Just to make sure I'm acknowledging it! I went out to a friend's house to catch up with some Uni friends. She had prepared all this cake and cupcakes and biscuits. I had prepared before hand by having a filling dinner and brushing my teeth and so all I had was:

A small slice of cake (1cm at the thick end) and 1 biscuit with 2 cups of tea (no sugar, not sure on the milk).

Although I did have some nasties, it was nowhere near as much as it would normally be.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"

Well done Tegan - I'm not so sure if I waould have been able to show as much restraint! I had a terrible day yesterday - while sitting here posting topics and responses to people, I ate a bag of m&ms and left-over beef stroganoff with rice! How terrible - I felt really bad in the afternoon - I jsut have absolutely NO willpower at all sometimes!
