Just to make sure I'm acknowledging it! I went out to a friend's house to catch up with some Uni friends. She had prepared all this cake and cupcakes and biscuits. I had prepared before hand by having a filling dinner and brushing my teeth and so all I had was:
A small slice of cake (1cm at the thick end) and 1 biscuit with 2 cups of tea (no sugar, not sure on the milk).
Although I did have some nasties, it was nowhere near as much as it would normally be.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
