Bad day well some of it, I started work at 6.30am and had good breakfast took it with me, ate my morning tea early had cuppa a soupl for lunch but had a bread roll too, I was hungry so felt I needed it, spent the afternoon wading through paperwork, and just had to have a mars bar I just had to :cry: worked till 5.30 pm and then this evening we looked after my granddaughter Rubee, and I wanted to walk on the treadmill like I have done every night this week but do you know I was embarrassed to start in case they came in the middle of my exercising, anyone else feel like that, so I did not get to exercise, I cooked a pot of Spaghetti Bolognese so I think I had a bigger share then I needed and Andy and I shared a bottle of red, so I am up now its 4am, and feeling guilty can't wait for the day to start so I can get on that treadmill and pound away the pounds, just hope the damage is minimal I am feeling so good this time about my weight loss

Hey Pam, I know you feel bad right now, but look at it in to broader spectrum of things....is this the only time you have indulged this week??? Always remember matey that sometimes we have treats/treat days but it doesn't undo all our hard work....just make today as healthy as you can and throw in some extra exercise if you can.... :wink:

all is right, a couple of choices you have made wont undo all your hard work. dont let it get you down pam. sounds like you had a really long day and i probably would have done the same thing if i was in your shoes :(

Morning girls I walked an extra 5 mins on the treadmill and was quite comfortable so I was waiting till Monday to add the extra time but have started a couple of days early

Don't beat yourself up, Pam. You've done really well this week. You'll work off those extra calories in no time :)

Know how you feel with that one! I have done the same thing myself. Stupid really, cause most people are happy to see you doing something positive!

i get the same way as well. and totally agree with you ses - most likely no one else cares other than us. :lol:
