small win in a losing situation

so i bought some kettle potato chips...

i was feeling rather down and wanted some comfort so i turned to food as i usually do.. i was aware what i was doing was wrong so after every chip i would throw 3 or 4 in the bin then it turned into throwing handfulls in the bin i think i only ate a 1/4 of the packet.. wasteful i know... but better than eating the whole packet.

LOL - sometimes when i have a salt craving I lick the seasoning off those Fantasic rice crackers and throw the crackers away :oops:

I have to confess I have done this with chocolate biscuits. I buy them (say Tim Tams) for the kids and hubbie - then I open them and before I know it 4 have gone - so I throw the remainder in the bin (wastage I know but it is the only way to stop me eating them!!!)

By the way - love Kettle Chips!!!

oh kettle chips are delish! good on you jo at least you didnt eat the whole packet.

i sometimes halve my choccie (furry friend or milkyway) with heidi :) that way we both enjoy and neither of us are missing out ;)
