Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much exercise/calories i will have to burn to rid myself of a small block of chocolate??
I know i was silly, i told myself before, during and after that it was a bad idea, but i wouldnt listen!! So now i feel guity and want to try and fix some of the damage! I have 4 days till weigh day!
Please no lectures! Or excuses! There is no excuse for me on this one, i was just silly!
