Lapsing back into old habits....

I have been so motivated ad strict and then last Friday I started to lapse back into old habits....

Yesterday for example I was so good all day - planned all my food and then when I got home from I ate :-

2 x Dim Sims
Takeaway Satay Noodles
3/4 packet of Salt and Vinegar Rice Crackers
3 scoops cookies and cream ice cream

I feel disappointed in myself and today I am taking a client out to lunch so am worried about that...

This happens to me every time I go on a healthy eating plan! I start off great and then start to lapse.... then its all downhill from there...

Anyway I can do this and I will........... back on track!

Plus my starting weight was 85kg.... last Wednesday I got down to 83.5kg and now I am 84.1kg :(

By next Wednesday I want to be 83.00kg!!!!!!!!!!!
Starting Weight - 85kg
Current Weight - 82.5kg
Goal Weight - 60kg

just wanted to say that i think you've been doing so well - this is just a little slip up and i'm sure you'll be back on track from today.

good luck with your lunch - i have lunch for a colleague whose birthday it is & i'm feeling a bit the same as you!

hey pipsi it sucks when life throws at you these challenges when you are doing your best to avoid them altogether! remember that you can say NO to things, you just need to really focus on your goal and how much you want to get there and you can overcome days like this. as sassi said, you are doing sooo well and you seem like such a focused woman, you can achieve anything.

Hey there - don't be so hard on yourself. And don't be too restrictive with your diet either. Allow yourself some small treats - it's all about moderation, matey! Otherwise you'll be tempted to binge on the things you're missing out on if your diet is too strict. You'll get there :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
