Great to hear you're back on track Fay, I'm afraid to say that today we had a huge bbq party with more food and wine than I care to talk about.

I think everyone goes a little overboard at this time of the year but the main thing is to get back to your plan and not let things slide to far. :D

Yes drank too much and ate too much over Christmas. It happens when you have family staying with you. Gotta have the dips and biscuits in the evening!!! But they are all gone now and I hope to control myself! No more alcohol for as long as I can, save for going out!!!
