So stupid!

Postby Jannie » Sun Aug 05, 2007 5:38 am

I was feeling so pleased with the few kilos I had lost. I even managed to wear a pair of jeans I had stopped wearing because I could barely do them up and if I did I had a huge overhang of fat roll.

But I have had a bad few weeks with some personal stuff and I have been very careless and not even weighed, as I knew I had messed up. Yesterday when I weighed, I had slipped back 2 kilos! I am hoping some was just fluid and it will look a bit better tomorrow, but I feel so stupid and embarrassed.

Oh well, it's back on track now and hope to be more careful from now on.

We all do it, put it behind you and move on
don't give those 2 kilos chance to settle and get comfortable they will soon go

Pams right, dont let the 2kgs get too comfortable!
I think it was vanessa who said something like 2 steps forward and one step back will still get you there in the end.
Put it behind you and move forward, you can do it!
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs
Goal Weight - 65kgs

The wise man Stephen King once said - The only way to go on, is to go on. To say 'i can do this' even when you know you cant

You'll find me in the almost there section :)

Thanks everyone!

I have been feeling very low and sad and your words of encouragement were so helpful to me. I'm feeling a bit brighter and ready to get back to the task. Thank you for your support.
