Im going to change my ticker, and today is my new day 1 :) I WILL fit into those clothes by christmas! Hope all is well with everyone else ;) xx

yeah she is alive thank god, but she almost lost her leg, she lost a fair bit of blood and is still having transfusions. she had to have a rod put in as her femur (thigh bone) shattered and she has pins in it as well. she is quite a lot of pain. she is nearly 18 years old and has her high school exams coming up and her formal :(

car v 18yo young lady. Yep, she came out of it pretty good considering. I hope she heals quickly and can dazzle them at her formal.

hopefully! the care she recieved at hospital is disgusting. they have kicked her out into the corridor in a wheelchair so they can strip the bed and give it to someone else. they then sent her home without having seen a dr or anything and told her to take panadol for the pain. she screamed in agony the whole way home in the car and then was up til 5am this morning in pain with my sister helping her go to the toilet etc. they were told to take the bandage off in a week and check that its healing- what the?!! they didnt tell her when to come and get the pins out or whats happening with rehabilitation. the panadol is doing jack ! i feel so sorry for her. she isnt allowed to let her foot touch the ground

sounds like your health system is in about the same state as ours is.
