I already posted this in my progress page, but feel it should go here too.
After such a good day of eating and good exercise, I've gone and splurged. The bloke has gone out and so I have had 2 slices watermelon, 1 piece bread, couple handfuls toasted muesli, handful of sultanas and what is worst the rest of the mint m&m's
Oh well, at least they're all gone now
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006) 15kg gained again (as at October 2010). Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

lol, don't you just hate that, you do so well for the day & then it get's rouined by chocolate, expecially mint m&m's yummm. I love your comment Oh well, at least they're all gone now That's true you cant eat them tomorrow...
Ok well let me just say that 2 of your "bad foods" aren't actually bad foods. Watermelon is one of the best things you could be snacking on. I'd eat a whole watermelon right now if it was in front of me! Sultanas too... God I've been eating them non stop all day as part of my diet. those things are so much better than chips or pasta or chocolate or whatever else you could have put into your mouth. Don't worry hun, the museli (not exactly a bad food either) was the only real trip up. You're doing so well in your WL journey, don't even worry about it
Ugh thats gotta suck.... Have u tried really exerting yourself whilst exercising? I find that when I do, I sleep like a baby. Or spending some time in a sauna, but their not exactly readily available all the time
