Last night, the power went out just as I was about to cook dinner.
We were having pasta with pasta sauce and a caesar salad.

It had been about 30mins or so, and I was starving.

So, what did i do? I remembered there was a pack of salt and vinegar chips in the cupboard, and as my husband doesn't like them, it would have to be up to me, to devour them.

So I started eating them. I didn't have too much, maybe 20 chips all up or less.

Luckily the power came back on, just after i started munching away :) and i got to eat my pasta and salad :)

salt and vinegar corn thins are a good alternative with fewer cals.......

Once again i hacked into the salt and vinegar chips.

This time my excuse was, that i felt sick (maybe from the car ride) and needed to eat something, and it didnt require preparation.

I ended up throwing the last bit of the big bag of chips out....naughty rach!!!

Hey Rach - I think it's great you've thrown them out, but you should replace them with a low fat healthy and convenient snack you can have on hand at such times so you won't be tempted to reach for something less healthy :) It's all about creating good habits, substituting bad habits for good ones!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
