Ok...I have been doing so well and I think maybe today was a result of having overdone it in the last week.

5 choc bars and then after dinner (salad to attone for the choc)
1/5 bowls cereal and 2 biscuits!!!!


oh well, it's eaten now and at least I only stuck to the 2 bikkies and not every naughty thing in the kitchen. I am going for a long jog tomorrow (it's time to increase the length of my training runs) and again on Sunday and will be gardening on the weekend, so in the long run I'm sure this will just be a blip...so long as I don't make it a habit!! :oops: :D
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

hope the choccie bars tasted good tegan! im trying to resist the fling in the cupboard LOL *sips boring water* :roll: enjoy your jog, i hope the weather is nicer down there than up here!!!
