Ok...I have been doing so well and I think maybe today was a result of having overdone it in the last week.
5 choc bars and then after dinner (salad to attone for the choc)
1/5 bowls cereal and 2 biscuits!!!!
oh well, it's eaten now and at least I only stuck to the 2 bikkies and not every naughty thing in the kitchen. I am going for a long jog tomorrow (it's time to increase the length of my training runs) and again on Sunday and will be gardening on the weekend, so in the long run I'm sure this will just be a blip...so long as I don't make it a habit!!
