SOOOO GOODDDD.... but so bad for me... but its friday is my excuse... i have never eaten anything as delicious as this... can someone tell me if its as bad as eating maccas?

depends on the dressing and how much bacon etc.

if it was a light not too oily vinigarette and not much bacon, mostly salad stuffs, it should be ok.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

A traditional caesar salad, with proper dressing, bacon, crutons and parmesan has a whopping 70-80g of fat. about 2.5 big macs.
Dont let the 'salad' label fool you. I've worked in pubs where it was the fattiest thing on the menu, and that included deepfried parmys.

Yeah I though deli choices were pretty bad. I'll say it again (I know, I know I've said it a bazillion times) NUGGETS ARE THE BEST THING ON THE MENU! :D p.s. could you get a greek salad instead? i think they're quite a bit lower in kjs.

its true!!! salads can be deceiving. so can those bloody deli choice rolls! haha. ever since you told me about the nuggets madz i have taken your advice each time and got nuggets :) they filled me up too :)

I just food.com.au'd it, and a Fasta Pasta chicken caesar = 113 grams of fat. thats horrendous.

If you get the packet ones from Coles they are only 660kj per serve.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

yeah, you can really only trust the ones you make yourself. problem is, i adore my caesers, the real ones, and dont get into the low fat ones coz they just dont taste right!

holy I'm surprised they serve that :!:

That is most of my weeks quota of fat for the entire week :shock:

it sucks, because so many people think they are taking the healthy option when they order one, because its a 'salad'. But alot of the time you couldnt make a worse choice. and the low fat ones you make at home are never the same!

You wouldn't believe it but I just did exactly that. We went to a cafe for lunch and it was the only thing on the menu that looked even slightly healthy. However I did avoid the croûtons and bacon and only ate about 3/4 of it leaving most of the dressing and extras in the bottom of the bowl. Still I am sure it was far from healthy!!
