we all have off days and even weekends, weeks and months rach the main thing is is that you enjoy what you are consuming because if you are doing to eat it you might as well enjoy it! im sure you will make conscious decisions til monday :)

As long as you eat a little less you should be fine.. No binge eating. I found if i eat to much crap food it makes me feel more hungry. Just keep drinking heaps and heaps of water to flush it out and you will be fine.

Just jump back on the diet and exercise wagon...... we all have times when it's impossible to keep up the diet and exercise! We are ONLY human....forget about the eating and just start again!

Hope your husband had a great birthday.

A weekend off here or there isn't bad. I find it's even greater motivation to do more exercise. Don't worry about it and enjoy yourself.

Don't worry to much about it I done it heaps of times. I'm now learning to watch how much I eat. It shouldn't do any damage.
