My biggest downfall is drinking alcohol. I do so well then I come home from work and all of my friends are ringing saying come for a beer. i try to say no but they will put one in front of me!!
I want to be alcohol free for a while but it is hard because we live in a very small beachside town where we have a constant stream of house guests who are always in holiday mode...HELP!!!

Any suggestions??

my WW leader says to carry a wine glass around with sparkling mineral water in it or a glass of low cal soft drink so it looks like your drinking but not really

You can have half nips of sprits with diet soft drinks. This way if you have 2 it equats to 1 and you don't feel like you are missing out.

I aways am driking "gin and tonic" which I get myself from the bar when I am not allowed not to drink which is not very often as I have supportive friends luckily. What my friends don't know is that it is soda water with a slice of lemon. That way, even if someone does buy me one when I'm not looking, it's only 1 or 2 and I think G&T is realtively ok as far as alcohol is concerned.

And my friends are always amazed at how well I hold my liquor.
