I had a bit of a concert bender last weekend so my diet was totally broken over the weekend.
I ate basically nothing all day both days, then had a spinach and fetta roll. On the second night, i also had a caramel slice.
I know its not much, but I dont feel well because of it. I didnt drink nearly as much water as i usually do too
Ah well. Its my time of month now so I'll gradually get back into it!
