I cant but help have a can of coke every now and then. Im trying to wean myself off it but when the afternoon hits i need the bubbles and pick me up. Is it really that bad to have a can every so often??

of course not, you have to live life! once every so often wont hurt. i drink coke zero daily :)

Can you swap it for coke zero or diet coke or caffeine free diet coke (thats what I drink now)?

Just a nosy question here: do you drink caffeine free diet coke to reduce the carb content too?

yes and no....yes it does reduce the carb content but also because caffeine has been shown to slow down your fat burning.

Wow I didn't know that. You always hear how coffee makes your metabolism speed up.

Yeh i was drinking alot more coke than i am now. Next will be the smoking!!
Im not a great fan of coke zero or diet coke. But if i put more time in the gym im sure i can drink it without any affect.
