i had 4 cups of coffee yesterday,instead of my normal 2. That's 7 teaspoons of sugar :oops: :evil:

i will do better today,yesterday I was tired from a late night.

I have a weakness 4 coffee and i like it sweet. I have used equal x2 and i find it much sweeter than sugar. I don't know if that helps but they recommend it for diabetics, must b ok :?:

Equal is a very low calorie sweetener and calorie wise is better than putting 2 sugars in your coffee. 1 metric teaspoon of sugar is worth 15 Calories each, but if you heap your teaspoon it is much more!!

I guess I'm luckly I really dislike coffee, The smell of coffee makes feel really sick :(

But hot chocolate or milo that's my down fall, managed to stear clear of it so far thou...

I have managed to reduce myself from 3 coffees a day each with 2 ts of sugar to 2 - 3 coffees with 1/2 ts sugar. I also stopped most of the chocolate biscuits that used to accompany them :oops: My homeopath has me on a supplement called Thermo Blast which has chromium in it, it has really helped

You will no doubt notice a difference from not having the choc bikkies and cutting the sugar down by more than half...well done!!
