Last night i was soooo hungry! I had dinner, grilled chicken and steamed veggies, but then i almost went to the shops and got chocolate! I didn't, but instead i had three slices of mountain bread, then two mince pies (from Christmas) and a turkish delight (small)!!!
I felt terrible thismorning, my body isnt used to it so i ended up with the runs. Lucky thing is when i weighed myself i had lost some still - i certainly dont feel as good as i thought i would after i ate that crap
