Cravings overcame me!

Last night i was soooo hungry! I had dinner, grilled chicken and steamed veggies, but then i almost went to the shops and got chocolate! I didn't, but instead i had three slices of mountain bread, then two mince pies (from Christmas) and a turkish delight (small)!!!

I felt terrible thismorning, my body isnt used to it so i ended up with the runs. Lucky thing is when i weighed myself i had lost some still - i certainly dont feel as good as i thought i would after i ate that crap :cry:

oh well, maybe you will remember it next time you get cravings and it will help you resist!!

Unfortunately the weight you lost was temporary bowel weight not fat loss, so be prepared for it to go up a little tomorrow.
The dinner and mountainbread chips and even the turkish delight sound good choices but the fruit mince pies are where the evil fat cals lay.
