I ate a foot long chicken bacon ranch sub for tea,
I am sooooooooo not happy.
Last night I had small amount of chicken breast and salad and vegetables. I was happy with that.
As they were making the sub, I watched them load on the chicken and bacon, I think I gasped out loud

Does anyone know roughly how many calories would have been in this, with old english cheese, and the ranch dressing, Lettuce carrot and onion.
I need to know calorie wise how bad my sin was

It could have been worse. At least the carrot had plenty of good in it, and the lettuce and onion were all vegetabley. Plenty of protein in the meat, too. And there are worse things than bread in this world.

Relax, and decide to do better tomorrow. You can't change the fact that you ate it. So think about it without being upset, work out why you ate it, if you can, and try and avoid that situation next time.

I know you CAN!

And I bet it filled you up more than a tiny little maccas burger. If you'd gone there, you woulda needed the chips on the side, not to mention a drink and maybe a dessert too. It was a much better choice. Maybe not the best one, but FAR from the worst one.
