Wow, thats great...what an unbelievable sportsman. So glad he's going to be ok and maybe even play again!

My injury is not too bad thanks, started a bootcamp yesterdat so testing it to the max atm!

Keep us updated JP! Good luck getting back to the 70''ll be there before you know it!

great getting out of that hole (Aussie) isn't it? Sorry, the kiwi in me sometimes bites back.

i must be in your neighbourhood weight-wise now. Don't have scales to check.

Every-one needs a break from weight-watching so it is normal. Just a few slight corrections and you will be on your way again.

french beer in Quebec...try a Griffon if you ever see one. No trendy bull-shit like becks or that large company taste, just a great-tasting brew to enjoy over a meal. love the stuff, and must pick up a case today. take care....
