So this is the week, i've had an awsomely good day, consumed abit of bread though but well no ones perfect. Soi 've opted for the eat regular healthy meals and only 3 medium treats like a fun size mars bar or half a one block of chocolate from lint 5 times which only equals to 100kg
. I've lost some weight in the past but i seem to have plateued and i know jog/power walk for 2o mins plus the half an hour to an hour walking each day that i already do. ive procarstinated joining curves for long enough and tommorrow i am booking in a meeting to start there. does anyone go to obne of their gyms and like it/hate it.it dosnt look to intense but can make anything intense
so my goal is to lose the last 9-10 kilo's that are plagueing me and wear a sexy bikini and feel comfortable also being a siZ 8-10 would be a MASSIVE reward.
