Hey everyone, you probably don't really remember me or anything but heres a quick update!
Lately I've been sticking to playing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) and it's a really fun video game that instead of sitting down to play you get up and dance. It's helped me lose weight as well! I'm now down to 83 KG and when I first signed up here I was about 100. (110 was my worst weight ever)
I can now wear a medium sized shirt and the jeans I bought a year ago now look really... really baggy on me!
But I still wear them because I haven't bought any more yet. >_> I probably will this weekend though.
What else what else... Oh yeah, whenever I'm hungry at night time I eat a big amount of veggies (cucumber, tomato, lettuce, onion, beetroot with a dressing either lite italian or lite french dressing) I eat lots of lean meat like steak and pasta. I have cornflakes for breakfast with skim milk and I always have wholegrain bread.
I never have 2 minuite noodles anymore.
Thats about it for now... Next goal is to get to 75.
