OK, I know I am hopeless at sticking to losing weight so I am going to put it all out there and report each day how I go...this is for my motivation and accountability which I think I need to help me stay focused :wink:

(According to calorie king I should have 1581 calories and do 45 minutes exercise each day)

12-11-07 -Day 1 -Start weight 74.8kg (shocking)

Measurements
Bust 99cm, Waist 86cm, Hips 103cm, Thigh 64.5cm

Total calories =1580 (perfect...didn't even try that hard!!)

Exercise
1/2hr morning walk and jog + 1/2hr walk on treadmill evening

Feeling OK!

Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

Total calories =1364 (under by 217...explains why I was so hungry!)

Exercise
20mins treadmill (am) + 30 mins treadmill (pm) + 15 mins weights

Feeling good!
