Oh sweetie, Please Do NOT do it. I have done it......I starved myself down to 30 kilos and then ate and ate ......I couldn't help it and I blew up to 110kg (that was my highest!)
Through sensible calorie counting and exercise, I am now 59.1kgs.....still not happy, I continue to lose weight the healthy way!
I know it is YOUR decision in the end but I am impatient too and just wish this weight would dissapear but it will not.
I recall my favourite lecturer said to me once, 'too many people focus on the outcome and don't enjoy the journey!' I have started (KINDA) to try and enjoy the weight loss journey...... sometimes hehehehe!
I know you are in pain and I know you want this but please reconsider ...... a thyriod condition could easily develop or other health problems! Please look after your body, it's the only one you get, although sometimes I wish I could exchange mine LOL.

Why are you so desperate to lose all the weight by Christmas? Have you tried eating 1,200 calories per day and exercise (cardio and weights)? Sorry for all the questions - I am trying to understand and hope I have not been too harsh!
