I have been on this weightloss journey for a little under a week now, I got onto the scales this morning and WOW 4kg lost.
I know its probably just water loss but it gives you that lil bit more of a motivational kick to keep going so im now almost down to my mini goal might have to make the next one a bit harder.

No not posting from the biggest loser house, i think its either water loss or my bodys using alot of fat because of the sudden cut down in food consumption (i use to eat alot... alot of crap). i also have been doing 5km on the elliptical walker each day and pilates every second day (pilates seems to kill me) lol i also have 3 kiddies too so full house work everyday just to keep the house looking resonable.

thanks for your comments

Pilates is hard work!!! I think you'll find the combination of the 2 will work wonders though! It's important to incorporate some stretching and core work into your workouts (says she who does the bare minimum of each :P :P).
Good work girL :D
