Rochelle's Journey!

Postby chubbywife79 » Tue Nov 20, 2007 12:03 am

Well this is my first week of weight watchers and I get weighed Wednesday morning. So far I'm enjoying the program and finding it quite easy to follow. I haven't craved any junk food and normally I would ate a lot of junk on weekends and I didn't even thought about it.

Today hubby and I went to the shops and he brought some lollies and I went to buy a punnet of strawberries instead. Which surprised me because I normally would buy a bag of chips. So far I been walking the dog almost everyday instead Saturday and Sunday.

Well for the first 5kg I planning to reward myself with an eyebrow wax. So wish me luck for this journey to new me!

Hiya Rochelle! Sounds like you're doing really well. That's an awesome achievement - after only a week you went for a healthier (but still delicious!!) alternative to the lollies :D :D Once you get into the healthy eating and exercise it becomes your lifestyle and you stop craving the crappy things (well, of course there are the occasional cravings :P :P)

Well done girl :D

Today was my second weigh in at weight watchers I lost 1.7 kilos and I was doubting that I lost any. I was on the scales having a panic attack and the lady asked me what wrong and I said I'm worried what I ate last night I wouldn't lost weight. Which I ate was a peanut butter and jam multigrain sandwich and cereal with 2 tablespoon sugar!

I'm so happy that I lost weight, I just need to stop doubting myself.

That is AWESOME, well done on the weight loss. Seeeee, the 1 sandwich didn't do any harm! In saying that, obviously you wouldn't be able to do it every day :P :P

Hi everyone I had a busy day yesterday and another one today. Yesterday I got fitted for hearing aids. I'm only 28 and already got hearing aids :o ! So I'm trying to get used to them. I also went grocery shopping and spend over $200 for just hubby and I plus pets. Yesterday I had lunch out, I had terrayaki chicken and sushi. Then I went to the pools since it was 39.C and I walked up and down the pool for 45 minutes!

I have a hearing aid in one of my ears and I am only 34 years old....had it since I was 21. I have tried different ones and the latest hearing aids are fantastic! They can be a bit of bother to get used to....but hang in there! :D

WELL DONE for going to the pools!!!! GREAT NEWS!!! :D

How's the Weight Watchers plan going?

I know you will do so well at this.........Oh, my mum is on Weight Watchers and I made her a low fat (points 2 1/2 per serve) veggie bake.....I can give the recipe if you want!

Wow, were the hearing aids expensive? My mum is deaf in one ear but she doesn't have aids, so if you're on the wrong side of her, she won't hear a word you're saying!!!

39 degrees, ouch!!! Good work for doing the 'pool walk' :D
