Well I did end up going to the Gym and joined up today. I did 10 minutes on the cross trainer and another 10 minutes on a bike. I also did another 50 sit ups. I was disappointed when I weighed myself and it said I weigh 120.7kg but I think at least it can come off. I'm going to weigh myself every Thursday from now on at the Gym!
From this afternoon at 2pm hubby and I had our last smoke. It now been 4 hours without having one. I was doing great until after dinner and when a huge craving kicked in. Another withdrew I'm having is I'm bit edgy and hubby didn't smoke as much as me seem to be fine. He normally would have one in the morning and take 3 throughout the day and have 3 more at night. While I seem to smoke about twice that much in a day.
It be interesting to lose weight while quit. Wish me luck!
Day 2 of quitting and boy I woke up with a huge craving and my poor pets plus hubby had to run under cover because I was so snappy. I never been so snappy when I quit last time.
I was going to go to the gym today but rang because I'm not feeling very well. I think I have Gastro ( just the runs TMI). So I'm going to go back to bed since I'm so exhausted. Hopefully feeling better later.
