Loveeat116, don't worry,, I did the 1000 cals per day only 4 1 week, then I started eating more, and move more and THAT is what's working for me..
I don't really have a set calorie intake anymore,, somedays I would eat 1200 some other days i'd eat 1500... when i have a get together with the family or my friends, I eat A LOT and try to keep it under 2000!! and this is really working out 4 me..
My doctor is an arse!!! plus, he was worried my weight was too high... but am fine now!! and I AM loosing weight!!
