Sounds like you are going very wel Rory. It is a really great feeling you get when things start to feel baggy isn't it?

Loveeat116, don't worry,, I did the 1000 cals per day only 4 1 week, then I started eating more, and move more and THAT is what's working for me..

I don't really have a set calorie intake anymore,, somedays I would eat 1200 some other days i'd eat 1500... when i have a get together with the family or my friends, I eat A LOT and try to keep it under 2000!! and this is really working out 4 me..


My doctor is an arse!!! plus, he was worried my weight was too high... but am fine now!! :D and I AM loosing weight!!

Ahh thats great! A lot of doctors know NOTHING about weight loss, so its good to see someone who specialises in weight issues.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Heya sassi!!

I just saw ur post :P

my Visa seems to be taking 4ever!! :S i am very worried because I need to book a ticket, and i can only do that untill I have my Visa :S

it's all so confusing really! I am hoping it'll be ready in AT LEAST 2 weeks!! :roll:

Hi all..

I missed coming on and telling u how am doing..

I am extra busy.. but it's all good cuz am loosing weight. around .5 kg every week or so..

so now I am at 115.5.. yay..

I don't have time to update u on what am doing.. I've been traveling these last few weeks.. at the moment I am in Kuwait..

And My visa is finally ready. so I am ready 4 australia.. I can't wait


will talk soon!

hey Rory... 115 Kilos... Wow! good for you girl.. am proud of you.. just keep going at 0.5 to 1 Kilo a week at you will be well down the track to your goal toward the end of the year..

also sorry i didn't pass on your seasons greetings message.. am pretty slack sometimes like that :roll: :? 8)

good luck for 2008 I know with your studying it will be a huge year... yopu go out and get 'em girl! :wink:

ok.. I wrote this post like 3 times so far.. and I won't do it again :S am tired of typing over and over again.. so i will just do this as bullet points.. I am sorry.. but my windows is not feeling well and making my life like hell..

*I've managed to gain weight, even though I've been working out 30-40 mintues a day, 3-4 times a week.. which is good..
*there has been the occasional mess up like a chocolate cake or my fav coffee ice cream..
*I've been to busy.. I leave to australia on the 14th of Feb.. and have TONS of thing to do before I leave. am tired..
*I will join gym, which is going to be close to where i'll be living.. and I know that in order to lose weight, I need to do am hour a day, atleast 5 times a week.. with a TRAINER.. this way I know what i need to work at..
*Food has been good.. I count my weekly calories at the end of the week.. and doing good.. no MASSIVE amounts of calories.. i've been maintainig an average of 2000 cals a day..
*Am very happy regardless.. cuz am actually really really doing this.

So am good :D


Sorry for this post.. am just too tired!!
