Hi there i am Kristal and i am 25. I currently weigh in at 70 kg after losing 15 kg since the birth of my son in June, I have let myself slip back into old habits the past few weeks, and i will do this to myself no more. The only person who can change my life is me, and that starts NOW! I would like to start the next "leg of this journey" on a positive note so therefore am starting my progress pages from scratch.

I have spent tonight (whilst watching Biggest Loser) going through and getting my Journal (food/exercise diary) ready for Monday, and working out a rough workout to do each night. And thinking on where i can improve my mind and my own personal thoughts that i have let get on top of me lately. I have chosen to start recording monday not to use the weekend as an excuse to binge but to give me the time to let go of what i was, who i was. Im not going to be that negative person anymore.

Today we did about and hour of walking around town with kids in pram.

Tomooorw hopefully FIL has the tools we need to fix my exercise bike otherwise its going back to the shop! Would be good to have it fixed for a new start on Monday! :D

well i have spent the last hour doing up spread sheets on the computer so i can record food and exercise daily. (I will print a new one each week)Im really excited about starting over tomorrow! Bring it on :D

Got a whole heap of exercises written down that i can try and make my own "custom" work out LOL.. Should be fun!!

Think i am going to buy an exercise ball as they are $10 at Big W, and would make a nice change. FIL is looking for the right sized tool to attempt to fix my bike (fingers crossed) and here's hoping for some dry afternoons so i can do some walking! :D

I am really hoping to loose a couple more Kilos in time for partners work chrissy party on 22nd December. I went and laybyed some nice (but cheap) shoes and at Big w they had the set of bikini, shorts, tank top and bag so i laybyed that too :D Not that i will wear the bikini on its own (HELL NO LOL) but its always a nice feeling to think under that tank top and shorts i can actaully FIT into a bikini LOL)) Now i am just on the look out for a new dress or soemthing to wear!! Pity the lastest fashion trends all are soo not flattering!! :?

But anyways im off for now, to relax and enjoy the rest of the night now the kids are in bed, and i am all prepeared for the morning to come!! :D

Sounds like you're doing great so far, well done :D :D I did myself up a great little spreadsheet when I was counting kilojoules too, so that when I entered in food and its kilojoule content, it would tell me how many kilojoules I'd consumed for that meal, how many kilojoules I'd consumed for that day in total, how many I had left for the day, and also a spot to put my exercise kilojoules too :D It was the best thing I ever did!! I used that as well as Calorie King!

You did well with the clothes shopping, isn't layby great?!? :D :D You sound like you're well on your way to losing steadily :D :D

Looking forward to hearing more!

I WANT MY BIKE BACK!!

i miss it and i have relied soo much on it and STILL waiting for my partner to get the damned tool to fix it grrrrrr

Managed a hour walk this morning in between rain! Was good for me and kids to get out of the house! Pity i brought a tub of chilly filly light and ate almost and entire tub!! GRRR

todays exercise 1 1/2 hours walk this morning with kids in pram (wish people would learn to stop at Crossings!! GRRR Luckily im caustious and stop at crossings and wait for cars to actually stop before i cross!GRRRR) . sick of being sick i feel like i have ran a marathon with the walking that usually doesnt even tire me!! :? :?

This arvo did about 1 1/2 hours again with kids in pram shopping with my sister

trying to find a nice dress to wear to teh chrissy party and it sucks living in a small town :( I cant find anything that looks good, its all that bloody crappy fashion that makes peopel look pregnant when thy arent!!
