Curvey Mum's Journey

Postby curveymum » Mon Dec 03, 2007 9:19 am

Today marks the beginning of my Journey to Freedom! My starting weight is 82Kg, and my goal is between 62kg and 65kg.

This morning for breakfast I had a poached egg on soy and linseed toast and a coffee.

Lunch will be ham and tomato open sandwich and a tea.

Dinner I'll have stir fry pork and veg.

My first weigh in will be Dec 10.

Thanks everyone.

Day one is over.........and I stuck to my eating plan. I've got a bruised knee and once that's healed I'll get into walking. Now that the weather is getting better, I no longer have much of an excuse not to!

What a bugger about your knee. Have you thought of other exercises, like upper body work that would still burn off the fat ?

Yeah, I should do some upper body, but I'm keeping up with my housework, and that alone is about a 45 min workout in itself!

Day two over. Breakfast, 1 burgen with egg, coffee. Lunch, ham and tomato sandwich, tea. Dinner tuna salad (lettuce, cucumber, beetroot) coffee. Drinking water and staying positive. Oh yeah I also had an orange.

Feeling like my self control is returning, telling myself "I don't need to over eat", and when I take a good look at what I'm craving, I realize I don't FEEL like it too!

I weighed myself on Monday as planned and I'm down 1kg. I'm pleased with that result as I kinda fell off the wagon over the weekend, but definately back on track.
