Day two over. Breakfast, 1 burgen with egg, coffee. Lunch, ham and tomato sandwich, tea. Dinner tuna salad (lettuce, cucumber, beetroot) coffee. Drinking water and staying positive. Oh yeah I also had an orange.
Feeling like my self control is returning, telling myself "I don't need to over eat", and when I take a good look at what I'm craving, I realize I don't FEEL like it too!
