Hayley's Progress: DAY 1

Well I went out and bought the Optislim meal replacement shakes yesterday. I'm not expecting any big miracles, I'm just more hoping that these will help wean me off of fast food. I'm also going to add certain fruits and vegetables to my daily diet to keep my fibre levels up.

So today is DAY 1.

I've been awake for 30 minutes, I have had my optislim and drank an extra 200mL of water so far. So things are going good. Normally by this time I would have started to eat the potato chips that are sitting next to me, lol.

I weighed myself today and I'm going to use that as my starting weight.


Starting Weight: 83.8kg
Goal Weight: 65-70kg (whenever I fit back into my favourite jeans will be teh weight I stop at, lol

I'm gonna go get a ticker.

sounds like you've got yourself sorted out :)

good luck with day 1 - there's a few ppl on here who've used various shakes so if you have any questions or hassles etc, i'm sure someone will be able to help!
