I think like you said it helps with motivation.
If you know youve had a heavy day - like had to much to eat and if you see it reflected on the scales I think it helps to help you stay in line I guess - it does for me but sometimes if I see I have gained it affects my mood for the day and I know thats silly isint it?
DO you have an official weigh in day? I weigh in on saturdays and I lost 800 this week.I am happy with that and the fact that all the workouts I did during the week are paying off.YOu are doing pretty well yourself...
