I'm on day 3 of my weight loss shakes. I did have a slip up yesterday where I ate a cheeseburger, but I was walking around the city all day so it's excusable, lol (I wish).
So I'm doing 3 shakes a day plus a salad and I'm going to allow myself a meal occassionally, but only if it's healthy. I have problems with low iron so need red meat.
It's weird, I'm 3 days in and it's already become a habit for me to grab my water bottle instead of anything else (which reminds me, I need to go get more bottles of water).
Uni's on holidays now, which is bad because it means I won't get out of the house (it's too hot out there anyway, lol) but I'm doing easy excercises that I can do in my room and when it's cooler (later at night). It's really bad too, because of my fluid retention, if i'm on my feet for more than 30 minutes, my feet are unbearable painful to walk on for a few days, so it really doesn't motivate me to go for a walk. Oh well, I'll suck it up and deal with it.
