Well I weighed myself this morning (my normal weigh in day is monday) but i was interested in seeing if anything had happened since monday. I lost 1.2kg (I know this is all water weight) I was pretty happy with that. I walked to the further bus stop (20 minutes away) and walked to my friends house instead of him picking me up (another 20 minute walk).
I, however, ate a quarter pounder today and ate chicken on an english muffin and had a can of fanta. I was so hungry and in desperate need of sugar and I cracked. It's only been 4 days and I'm failing already.
BUT tomorrow ios another day and I can start again. IT IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD
