Okay, I'm a bit embarrassed to post my current weigh-in since it's so much higher than my last (which admittedly was around nine years ago!)
81.9kg
I was just under 80kg before Christmas. Then Christmas happened

. I've also probably got a bit of 'water weight' too because of the hot temperatures recently. Anyway, this is my current starting point. I aim to lose around 0.5kg per week until I get to a healthy weight, probably around 66kg. The first milestone is getting below 80kg, at which point I would be overweight and not obese.
Target dates
1 March: under 80kg.
1 July: under 75kg.
1 December: under 70kg.
On the upside I had blood test results back that show my blood-sugar and cholesterol levels are all good. I'm low on vitamin D, but I've always been low on vitamin D. I'll be taking extra vitamin D tablets from now.
