) BUT I am feeling motivated today, and am aiming to get back on track big time!!
I've been for a big walk this morning, I refused home-made slice at the P & C meeting today, and I'm going for a committee meeting tonight at the pub, but I'm going to eat before I go!
We can do it - so long as we keep picking ourselves up and carrying on!!!!
