Well, I haven't done much on the forums for like ages, so here I am.
I am back on track as of today.
My eating hadn't changed that much, but i had started to nibble on chocolate again, which made me think its time to start again.
My exercise was ZERO! Now how can I reach my goal and look fantastic without that? So today I start that again.
I am going to be doing my workouts at night, after work. This is mainly because I am not a morning person and I cannot make myself get up at 5:00am each day. Its a struggle.
So starting tonight, I will be doing the following, daily:
20mins High Intensity Interval Training on the Treadmill (can't wait!)
3 sets of 30 crunches
2 sets of 10 girl pushups
2 real pushups
2 sets of 10 tricep dips
40 lunges (20 per leg)
4 sets of 10 weights (per arm)
Oh and I am going to record my food for the day in here
Breaky - slimfast shake (with soy milk), 1 banana
Lunch - salad (lettuce, olives, low fat feta, cherry tomatos, honey mustard dressing)
Dinner - Chicken Kiev, peas, corn, pumpkin mash.
Snacks - small bag light popcorn, 1 apple
Drinks - 2L water, 1 glass wine, 1 glass diet vanilla coke.
(i have set a reminder on my comp that tells me to drink water every 15mins YAY)
Any support would be awesome. I certainly need it! And I need people to keep me in check
