HI GUYS!!!!

Well, I haven't done much on the forums for like ages, so here I am.

I am back on track as of today.

My eating hadn't changed that much, but i had started to nibble on chocolate again, which made me think its time to start again.

My exercise was ZERO! Now how can I reach my goal and look fantastic without that? So today I start that again.

I am going to be doing my workouts at night, after work. This is mainly because I am not a morning person and I cannot make myself get up at 5:00am each day. Its a struggle.

So starting tonight, I will be doing the following, daily:

20mins High Intensity Interval Training on the Treadmill (can't wait!)

3 sets of 30 crunches
2 sets of 10 girl pushups
2 real pushups
2 sets of 10 tricep dips
40 lunges (20 per leg)
30 squats
4 sets of 10 weights (per arm)

Oh and I am going to record my food for the day in here :)

Today:

Breaky - slimfast shake (with soy milk), 1 banana
Lunch - salad (lettuce, olives, low fat feta, cherry tomatos, honey mustard dressing)
Dinner - Chicken Kiev, peas, corn, pumpkin mash.

Snacks - small bag light popcorn, 1 apple

Drinks - 2L water, 1 glass wine, 1 glass diet vanilla coke.

(i have set a reminder on my comp that tells me to drink water every 15mins YAY)

Any support would be awesome. I certainly need it! And I need people to keep me in check :)

ha ha ha thanks heaps :)

been getting headaches again today and slight dizziness. Just remembered the gal who use to be in my position telling me she had bad neck problems when she was here (receptionist).

I am wondering if thats what is wrong with me.

If so...i dunno if i can work out till its done :( but i am hoping i feel better when i get home.

Gunna go to a chiropracter consultation (free) and see what they say.

Eating went ok....shouldn't of had that other bag of popcorn. I had a small cherry ripe but only cos i was getting cramps :p

DIDNT workout at all tonight. I just cant get myself to. And besides I had to fix dinner up cos i nearly burnt it, and was meant to clean floors tonight, didn't do it.

Now my neck is really sore, so I am too scared to do my crunches and lunges and all that.

I am really down about this. I want so bad to workout and get fit. I need motivation. I need a miracle!

Maybe a new/firmer/softer pillow would help your neck to be well rested?

i reckon a new pillow could do the trick! i was getting horrible sore necks & headaches so i got a latex pillow (on special) and it's super comfy. i used to sleep on 2 pillows now i just need the one & my neck is never sore in the mornings & i don't wake up with headaches either.

they're expensive pillows - but places have them on sale all the time :)

Great news that you've got in some excercise :D I was just thinking, could you ask at work if you could get an ergonomist to come and look at your workstation? They can play around with the chair and the positioning of the monitor/keyboard etc, so it puts less strain on your neck/back. Might even get free stuff, like a new chair or a foot rest or something like that
