i just tried on some old clothes (and that is why i now have hayfever) and a heap of them are fitting way better!!! I will be working out x2 tonight and then tomorrow as well, and Monday I want to have a walk/jog on the beach
I cannot wait to get into the 70s! and then I have to reach 75kgs which is the 2nd goal. And then 70! and maybe 65 :p
Goal 1: Reach the 70s
Goal 2: Reach 75kgs
Goal 3: Reach 70kgs (try on wedding dress)
Goal 4: Reach the 60s
Goal 5: Reach 65kgs
I am pumped!
p.s I did lots of walking at the shops and bought a christmas dress
it looks rather nice, and I found a size 12 top that fit
