Ok Joanna! You will NOT (do you hear me NOT!) cave in and get mcdonalds like Petar... you will eat the left over noodles like planned! Mcdonalds is bad and makes you fat and its only day 2 of your new plan! NO MCDONALDS...

i have to talk to myself like that sometimes haha

I will post later on whether or not my will power succeeded over my exhaustion and laziness

i weighed myself the last few nights and it turns out i dont weight 78 i weigh 77.. all the better for me! and this morning when i weighed myself and a pit stop starkers i weighed 76 so this is all good... yes good indeed... i just want to see the scales say 75 so bad!

should run around in circles and see if that helps!
