vsbeast progress report

Well this is already embarrasing enough for me hence me not using my name as my forum name but i decided i should make a progress report.

I am started weightloss as of today
Male
18
6"5 tall
current weight 110kg
Goal weight 95kg.

Hopefully i can keep off the junk food and hit up some more exercise !

hahah. Ive never done any weightloss. Whats a good starting goal to lose in a week ?

0.5kgs to 1kg, it depends alot on the person and how much u have to lose, so someone with 50kgs to lose will lose weight faster than something with 5kgs to lose :)
and guys always seem to lose weight quicker!

Well yeah, i think once i start seeing improvements on the scales it will motivate me even more, And also apart from the obviously what should i stay away from etc?

Well atm i eat alot of junk foot, dont exercise apart from playing my basketball on the weekend and my eating patterns are all messed up.

So now im going back to have my weetbix with milk in the morning. Not eating any takeaway and drinking water instead of cordial during the day. And im going to try and go for 30min to an hour wallk atleast 3-4 times a week and progress from there !

That sounds like a great plan, vsbeast. Avoiding take-away, eating a good breakfast and getting more exercise are a great start for your weight loss.

If you really like your cordial but want to try a diet variety I really recommend Bickford's Diet Lime cordial. I find it great for summer!

wow. you're tall! sorry. had to say it! it's just cos i'm such a short a$$! :lol:

anyways, sounds like you've got the makings of a good plan there! maybe when you've incorporated the walking etc then you could add some weights. :)

Yeah i am pretty tall haha.
Well ive found carrying around a water bottle whenever i feel like eating ill just have a drink has helped !! So water bottle = good lol.

yeahp good
no junk food at all today
had weetbix for breaky
ham n salad sandwitch for lunch
and be eating like a peice of frunk inbetween meals.

i use to drink ALOT of coke.
Theres some in the fridge now but i aint gna touch it :P
