0.5kgs to 1kg, it depends alot on the person and how much u have to lose, so someone with 50kgs to lose will lose weight faster than something with 5kgs to lose
and guys always seem to lose weight quicker!
Well atm i eat alot of junk foot, dont exercise apart from playing my basketball on the weekend and my eating patterns are all messed up.
So now im going back to have my weetbix with milk in the morning. Not eating any takeaway and drinking water instead of cordial during the day. And im going to try and go for 30min to an hour wallk atleast 3-4 times a week and progress from there !
