Well i have now been here for a while and looking through everyone elses progress and other posts so i thought it was time to start my own, it might help me to stay motivated.
well so far today ive been really good.
I had my Leisas Secret meal replacement shake with 200mls of Skim milk added then did 15mins on the elliptical trainer and 5 mins of situps (oh im feeling it now lol)
then i had an apple for morning snack
lunch consisted yet again of the replacement shake as well as a cup of tea with skim milk and 1 raw sugar (most times i have 2 1/2 tsps) hoping to get down to zero sugars for cups of tea.
Now heres the bad part my mother in law has just invited us down for tea (we live on the same farm property) the thing is tea is going to be spaghetti bol.... MMMMMMM my MIL makes the best spag bol so it was hard to resist the thing is this is going to take up 600cal of my daily limit... never knew that spag bol had so much in it.
