hey everyone! how are ya? sorry Ive been a bit distant from the group the past couple of weeks, Its been really busy round here with school holidays and because of it ive been really slack with myself. I havnt done any excercise the whole school holidays so I really need to get my butt back into it.
Ive got 8-10 more kilos till my goal weight so i think its time to start on my next phase of the journey which is, Toning! so from now onwards im gonna do less cardio and spend more time doing strength training, ab work and weights.
Tomorrow morning im going to take new measurements and get an accurate weight and then crunch my way tight lol.
Im hoping I will really see some good results If I put in the hard work.
