Hi everyone,

I have started my journal here so i can posts all my weight losses good or bad.

I have been on the KM program for 1 week, had my first weigh in and lost 2.8kgs :D :D

I found the cravings hard at times but got through them, it seems that each day gets better and better.

Kate Morgan, you get it from a chemist that promote it.It consist of shakes for breaky and lunch and low carb dinner with 2 snack during the day. Its great i love it.
