omg that is so cheap!!
Motivation! i replied to you on my thread, but really just find things that u can incorporate into your regular life routine. When u stop doing it you'll miss it
i enjoy classes at the gym so i regularly do classes. I had a PT this year for most of the year and i found that motivated me also to do well for us as a team
shes very proud of my progress this year. Some people find gym buddies, i've made a lot of good mates at my gym and when i'm not there they ask about me (another type of accountability).
Seriously, your impending wedding should be a HUGE motivation!! YOu will have those photos forever, so if u look at it this way, 6-9 months of you being healthy, for a life time of happy memories. 6-8 months is nothing when you compare it to the rest of your life. By the end of that 9 months, you will honestly have cemented the changes into your life, and probably won't feel the need to go back to eating chips and lollies
you have a long time to loose those last few kilos.
Start with small changes, extra exercise, no more chips say. Good luck xoxo
