I am sick of procrastinating and pretending everything is okay. Well, it's not.
I'm overweight/obese, the house is a mess and i'm turning into a slob.
This is my commitment to everyone out there to get myself together (physically and emotionally) a become the woman i want to be.

You can do it!! never give up and never loose sight of what your trying to acheive, we all struggle and have days where we feel like giving up, whats important is how we continue on and accept the challlenge that not all days will end in success. goodluck to you on this journey!

You can do it, DragonBelle! The best thing is that housework counts as light exercise. So you can count vacuuming, doing the dishes and mopping the floor as calorie burning activities. I swear my house became magically cleaner the moment I decided to lose weight. If vacuuming the house means I have to do less push-ups you bet I'm going to be keeping my house clean!

Good luck and I look forward to reading about your progress here!

Good luck with the weight loss

I don't know if this is true but according to a UK website i was looking at you can burn up to 110 calories an hour just ironing! if thats true i burnt over 200 last night after going for my normal walk (i had 2 baskets overflowing with unironed clothes) and you can burn around 140 just vacuuming (but you have to get real into it no slowly pushing it around)

I think i might do some more cleaning when i get home :D
