It seems that you are exercising sensibly. Always listen to your body, thats one thing I preach, there's no point going gun hoe and missing all the vital signs as you will end up doing more damage that what its worth. Good on you for your efforts, you should be really proud of yourself :)

As for your eating, that will fall into place ! Be sure to drink all your water ;)

You're doing absolutely brilliantly with your exercise. Doubly so because you're listening to your body and giving it a rest when it needs it! Good on you. What are your plans for your diet?

I have been doing really well with my exercising, I was lucky enough to get some advice from a personal trainer who gave me some hints with the cardio weights so I have put that plan into action. :D

Eating wise I have had a good few days. Today I had:
Just right with skim milk, tuna, jacket potato and salad, fruit and yogurt, chicken stirfry with hokkien noodles and a muesli bar.
I have also drank 2ltrs of water and exercised for 40mins.
I had a few friends around that are having problems in their lives and sat up until nearly 2 this morning with them so I am pretty drained today
not really feeling the best , feel tired and have been cranky with the kids, was so tempted to reach for a sugar fix(chocolate) but realised that is what I normally do in these situations and told myself I didn't need it. Tomorrow will be a better day I am sure. Thanks for checking in on my thread it really helps me to stay focused.

sounds like the perfect day eating-wise yesterday!

well done on resisting the chocolate - they're tough habits to break but you did the right thing cos it would have spiked your sugar & then sent you way back down again!!

hope today is an awesome one for you :)

Just jumped on to give a quick update. Have decided that weigh in day will be friday cause I started my healthy eating on saturday ( but more because it is after baddy thursday night, hoping i will lose more from all that running around) I did sneak a peek on the scales today and i will leave you in suspense until friday but it is going  downhill at least.

Sorry I never posted yesterday but I am sure you will excuse me when you find out why........... Weighed in at 103 loss of 3.9 yay :D

Bad news is that I have had a bit of a break down have been in hospital doctors thought I had a heart attack but I have an irregular heart beat so have to lay off the exercise until I see a cardiologist very disappointing i know but I can still do the healthy eating thing right.

That must have been terrifying. You poor thing! I hope the cardiologist can recommend ways you can exercise without putting too much strain on your heart. Good on you for losing 3.9kg. Well done! And it's great that you're still focusing on a healthy lifestyle even while you can't exercise. Good luck with the healthy eating. I'm sure you'll do brilliantly!

Congrats on a huge loss girl! Doing SO well, very proud of you :D

I'm so sorry to hear about your heart scare, that must've been terrifying. Please let us know how it goes with the cardiologist, and hopefully he will allow a good amount of daily walking.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
