I have been doing really well with my exercising, I was lucky enough to get some advice from a personal trainer who gave me some hints with the cardio weights so I have put that plan into action.
Eating wise I have had a good few days. Today I had:
Just right with skim milk, tuna, jacket potato and salad, fruit and yogurt, chicken stirfry with hokkien noodles and a muesli bar.
I have also drank 2ltrs of water and exercised for 40mins.
I had a few friends around that are having problems in their lives and sat up until nearly 2 this morning with them so I am pretty drained today
not really feeling the best , feel tired and have been cranky with the kids, was so tempted to reach for a sugar fix(chocolate) but realised that is what I normally do in these situations and told myself I didn't need it. Tomorrow will be a better day I am sure. Thanks for checking in on my thread it really helps me to stay focused.
