Tonight I went to the shop with the kids and bought $2.00 of mixed lollies, and one of them pick and mix bags of funsized chocolates. I ate half of the lollies before I realised what I was doing and as soon as we got home I threw them up the top of the pantry............ May not seem like much but to me it could well be the start of my undoing. Tomorrow is a new day and I am hoping that by confessing that I will stay on track. I don't know why I did it but I want to get into double digits, I have some excuses that I was going to post like I can't exercise and that I have quit smoking 7 days ago but that is all they really are the truth is I had a craving and it took over I never even really tried to stop it

At least you realised what you were doing and stopped, that's a big step. You could've just gone, oh crap... oh well I already started may as well finish the packet... How'd your exercising go this weekend?

Do you need to update your ticker? Sounds like you've lost a bit of weight but your little exercise bike hasn't moved?

Well its ttotm so no wonder the sugary craving. Still eating good and unfortunately no exercise until after exercise ecg friday, it is killing me really all I am allowed to do is 1hr slow stroll. Hopefully I will have some good news Friday and will be able to start again slowly this time.

Wow, now that you've updated your ticker I can see how close we really are, there's only 200 grams in it. I'll be keeping an eye on your posts too. Hopefully I can keep up with you.
